By submitting the join form you agree to the following:

• You will be paid in U.S. Dollars by PSW Billing, Inc.
• First payout is withheld for 2 weeks for fraud protection. First payment will be received on the third week after you have sent sales, only if the first pay period amount is over $50. Payouts of less than $50 will carry over to the next pay period, or will continue to carry over until the mimimum payout amount of $50 has been attained. Clients wishing to check up on payouts or close and cash out their account should contact or
• We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason deemed necessary. Misrepresentation, abuse, Spamming, and Unsolicited Marketing will result in account termination.
• If you live in the United States, you are required by law to provide a valid SSN or Tax ID.
• This agreement can change at any time. HotGold reserves the right to contact affiliates regarding news or changes to the program.

We are only longer accepting new Affiliates from the following countries due to excessive fraud attempts. HotGold will not pay new Affiliates from:

Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Jordan, Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, North Korea, South Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, and Yugoslavia.
