Gather any account information you have, such as your Affiliate ID, name, email, and/or Tax ID Number and send the data to . We'll attempt to find your account and send you complete details via email.

While we guarantee you will receive all your legal earnings, there are a number possible reasons you haven't received them yet, including:

• PSW Billing has a $50 minimum on all outgoing checks
  Thus, if you have yet to pass $50, your current earnings will be added to those of the payout period. Please note, PSW Billing Statistics show "total revenue" rather than "reseller earnings". You will receive 50%, 60%, or 70% of the amount listed (depending on how many conversions you've sent us over the last month).
  
  
• PSW Billing withholds earning for two weeks (for fraud protection)
  Checks are mailed on a weekly basis for the pay period 3 weeks prior. So, for example, if you earned above $50 between 1/10/2003 and 1/17/2003, your earnings would be sent on 2/05/2003.
